Young Villa boasts seven beautifully appointed bedrooms, designed to offer the utmost in comfort and privacy. Five of the bedrooms are located in the main building, each featuring luxurious bedding, modern furnishings, and en-suite bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms are situated in the courtyard, providing a secluded retreat for guests. Two of these rooms are equipped with bunk beds, making them ideal for families or children traveling together. The villa is equipped with a well-appointed gym, perfect for maintaining fitness routines while on vacation. Additionally, kayaks and paddleboards are available, allowing guests to explore the beautiful Leeward Canal at their leisure. UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly when using the Air Conditioning (AC). If running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $120.00/day (one hundred twenty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
