The large living room is ideal for entertaining. The spacious fully equipped kitchen boasts marble countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances and coffee bar. Guests are invited to lounge indoors on our custom Italian leather sofa or relax poolside in comfort on our spacious EPA deck with elevated panoramic views of Chalk Sound.

The master bedroom houses a king bed, walk in closet, on suite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck. The second master Has a king bed, on suite bathroom and colorful garden views. Guests bedrooms 1 – 2 are both queen beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Alainn villa also comes with kayaks to traverse the countless cays and islands just off shore in front of the villa. This Villa is the perfect blend of elegance and adventure. It is ideal for 4 couples or a family looking for a peaceful escape.
