Bajacu Villa beachfront Turks & Caicos newly remodeled incredible luxury rental with a design unlike any other with a breathtaking 270 degree view of the sea. It sits in the middle of a private 13 acres estate and is surrounded by a lush tropical garden with over 100 trees planted. This incredible remodel includes a brand new beautiful beach that is completely private with a sea wall and lovely cabana overlooking the sea. This is a work of love that took over a year to complete, bringing the beach to the villa was no small task.

A natural stone path provides direct access to the sea. The house was designed by Marco Aldaco, the world famous Mexican Architect featured many times in the Architectural Digest and many other publications and art books. The house has 10,000 ft² under air and 3,500 ft² of open deck. It has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms (4 bedrooms with King size beds, 2 bedrooms with two double beds), each with a private terrace with stunning views of the sea, shower and bath, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi internet access, safe and telephone.

Bajacu has two dramatic infinity pools, cascading into each other. The largest has 170 feet of infinity edge, 24 feet wide on average (about 3,500 ft²) and goes from 4 to 8.5 feet deep. The small pool is 24 feet long, 15 feet wide and 4 feet deep. Both pool can be heated (if desired). Preceded by a sculpted volcanic stone fountain, the house has an open living room under a gigantic Palapa or thatch roof. A spectacular pergola links the Palapa to an inside living room surrounded by the pool.

Antiques from China, Indonesia and Africa together with unique artwork create an elegant though relaxed atmosphere. Among the many pleasures of Bajacu is the encounter of many beautiful private areas where one can sit or relax in total privacy. The house includes a formal inside dining room that can seat 16, together with a protected and peaceful outside dining area that seats 10. It has an office, with a computer with internet access, a fax, a printer and scanner. Both the living room and the office have their own bathroom (for a total of 7 bathrooms). The entire house enjoys very high ceilings (ex: Master Bedroom 15’; Palapa 33’; Dining room 22’).

The following staff tends on the property: House Manager, Chef, Gardner, Caretaker, 1 to 3 Maids. (Staff of two lives on-site in a separate staff house). Every day, Bajacu’s guests can enjoy the fresh fruits and herbs harvested on the estate. Finally, the estate has its own freshwater making plant and it’s gated in a private community with an alarm system, safes in each room for your convenience.
