Set within approximately 1 acre of manicured tropical gardens with 120’ of lineal beach frontage, Coral Pavilion features stately Bajan architecture including a five-bedroom villa and a one-bedroom staff cottage spanning more than 8,000 ft² (under roof) Coral Pavilion offers a generous mix of indoor and outdoor living space ideal for entertaining, whether it be large parties, or an intimate family gathering.

Upon entering the Coral Pavilion you'll find a pair of coral stone stairs leads you over a Frangipani framed fountain, through the entry pavilion, and into an impressive courtyard graced by the beautiful coral stone facade of the two-story main house. The living room opens onto an expansive covered terrace, offering commanding views of the turquoise sea and the grand swimming pool flanked by manicured lawns. At the end of the lawns, the beachfront gazebos feature the quintessential “Messel green” lattice work, surrounded on either side by large palm trees. A water feature and outdoor grille station frame this expansive area. Coral Pavilion has been impeccably detailed by its creators. A soft color palette with the Barbadian coral stone, carved and shaped by expert craftsmen, provides a complimentary match to the painted hardwood windows and doors. Turkish sandstone flooring, handmade custom tile, and black and white marble round out the materials.

The hardwood louvered shutters and awnings evoke the great houses of Barbados, designed by the famed Oliver Messel, a favorite of the British aristocracy. Painted in the same “Messel” green hue, the cabinetry in the home’s glamorous kitchen spaces includes a full chef’s kitchen and a butler’s pantry. A formal dining room capable of seating 14 is separated from the kitchen by a serving area. The lower level is completed by a spacious ocean-facing sitting room, also accessible from one of four gracious guest bedrooms – each with its own large en-suite bathroom and beautifully appointed closets. Four king-size bedroom suites are located on the first level. Two of these open onto private gardens, and one is furnished with twin beds that can be converted to a king, making it ideal for children. The totally private master suite occupies the entire top floor where, in addition to a balcony that looks out over the ocean and a lavish bathroom with a soaking tub with sea views, there is a generous seating area, a separate study and a dressing room.
