Surrounded by tropical gardens and the facing the deep, blue ocean, the outdoors area features an expansive sun deck, featuring two stunning pools – a lap pool and a relaxation pool for leisurely swims. A firepit and multiple lounge areas provide perfect spots for evening relaxation and socializing. Filled with inviting spaces to sit, dine, or lounge outdoors, the huge terrace is the most favorite place of the house. Kayak and paddleboard are also available so guests can dive into the ocean waters and indulge in a true Caribbean vacation. Hawksbill Villa also offers a fully equipped gym, an adjacent floodlit tennis court, a half basketball court, and a pickleball court.

The design of this vacation villa is all about the blend between the modern word and nature experience. Lofty ceilings and wall-to-wall glass accentuate the sense of space indoors, while natural limestone floors, shiplap walls and bespoke hardwood furniture and fixtures add a warm, earthy touch to the contemporary Caribbean style. The main house consists of a great room, living and dining areas with inspiring views of the turquoise sea. There is a spacious kitchen where the in-house chef crafts culinary delights and a cozy media and games room, perfect for family entertainment.

The bedrooms are spread across two buildings and two levels which provides the so needed privacy to our guests. Every bedroom come with private bathroom and comfortable, plush bedding, easily accommodating up to 16 guests. An elevated two-bedroom guest house with its own kitchen and living space sit behind the main house at Hawksbill. A three-bedroom refurbished beach house completes the estates’ living accommodation.
