Seaclusion Villa in Turks & Caicos is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The turquoise waters, wonderful ambiance, is magical just as soon as you step onto this incredible property. Unlike other properties you'll find this house is run like clockwork. The moment you walk in you'll notice the balance of colors, wonderful windows that open up from the doorway to the turquoise oceans, making the view seamless. The foyer is luxurious and grand, with natural stone lining your pathway through to the large living space. Floor-to-ceiling windows in almost every room bring into the space a natural and soft light but when you want to sleep simply close the curtains and enjoy your privacy. The living space opens up onto the pool, but the light colors and fabrics create a wonderful peace within. That elegant and inviting feeling of luxurious sofas that can seat your entire group. As well a wonderful flat screen television for those who love to watch the news or enjoy an evening show, all whilst the ocean sings along side of them.

With the Ocean being the focal point of this house, the kitchen as well shares the views as does the dining room. Never again will you have to be caught cooking while everyone else is enjoying the beauty. Take on that morning meal but also that morning sunshine that seeps through the glass windows. The rooms are just that inviting, that magical and stunning. The modern dining set seats 12 perfectly with more at the bar making for 16 for eating. The house has a chef by "meal plan" so if you'd like to have a chef daily the food and tip are additional. The chef can prepare all in-house meals making sure everything is taken care of. So just unwind, relax as the staff makes sure you are pampered at every turn. The Seaclusion also features an amazing cinema in the house, which is perfect for families who are movie buffs or simply traveling with kids who enjoy watching movies while their parents can enjoy the private spa services in house or a glass of wine or two with our chefs. The cinema is a fan favorite for many larger families and can also serve as a viewing room if you are in the industry and would like to view your movie alone or with friends. Anything is possible here as it's one of the most beautiful places in the world.

The house has 8 luxury bedrooms, all designer decorated, each one with it's own bathrooms, beautiful decor and high end linens and towels. You will never be without a feeling of zen in each space and with our maid coming daily to tidy your rooms and spaces, you'll feel like you're on a vacation from your entire world. The rooms also feature soaking tubs in some of the main rooms and wonderful large showers for those who prefer to unwind under a hot stream of water. No matter which room you chose you will love the comfort level that most have raved about, it's truly an "unwind" your mind kind of stay. The additional amenities of the house are perfection, from the private gym for those who love to workout to the games room with sitting area, bar and pool table for when the "indoors" is where you want to be and stay. Sometimes we know our guests also like to have some fun and hire a bartender for the day, so simply ask and you shall receive. The areas are setup with all you need for a great game, wonderful retreat away from the world in a private downstairs area of the villa.

This house would not be complete without the outdoor space, which is beautiful, just steps down to the beach with an incredible view that goes on for miles. The pool area has an outdoor kitchen, loads of loungers and sitting areas and beautiful large pool great for laps or just for swimming with the kids. As well the staff can have some seating setup on the beach if you need, where you can enjoy the Caribbean weather on the sand and then have your drinks brought right to you, now that's what I call service! And if you're looking for a larger estate, we can pair this villa with another next door to combine the two into one beautiful 13 bedroom villa.
