Villa Frangipani is a lovely beach vacation home in the highly desired Grace Bay with incredible views and contemporary flair. This amazing property is bright and airy, as soon as you walk in you get a sense of ease with the soft color palette and beach villa décor. The space really brings the inside turquoise waters and sandy powder beaches, right into your living space. Every morning you'll wake up to a wonderful view and the sound of crashing waves. Designed by Turks & Caicos based, Coast Architects. The Residence will cover 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, four bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms, including 2,600-square-feet of outdoor space with a private deck, infinity pool, and outdoor shower. Two master bedrooms will provide oceanfront views; the master bathrooms will offer freestanding tubs, double vanities, and glass showers. Expansive living and dining areas and solid wood kitchens, outfitted with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and boast 14-foot ceilings and imported fixtures and finishing.
