Villa Kandara is wonderful and chic, tropical luxury vacation rental, located on Anguilla’s West End offering private beach access. This now 10,000 square foot home takes up an acre of land and enjoys gorgeous sunsets. Perfectly manicured palm trees, flowers, and hedges are planted around the villa’s lawn. There’s a sundeck on the far end of the lawn and wide-open ocean views. A set of stairs leads down to the villa’s private cove and slice of the sea. A glass-encased infinity pool bridges the lawn and the terrace, and there’s lounging space under the poolside gazebo.

Glass walls and sliding doors lead into the fully air-conditioned interior, which has a security system, SONOS, and WIFI throughout. The common area has two powder rooms, a large kitchen, dining, and a living room. The kitchen has ultra-modern appliances, luxe marbled countertops, and an open design. The dining room opens to the terrace, and seats 8 around a wood and marble table. Lastly, the living room has comfortable lounging furniture, a Smart TV with satellite, ocean views, and access to the pool deck.

The rental has 8 bedrooms in total, 6-bedroom suites in the main house, 2-additional bedroom suites in a recently built guest house. The bedrooms are spread across two floors and each of them comes with luxury, ensuite bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. The guest house features two gorgeous guest suites, a shared living area with a kitchen, and a state-of-the-art gym. In addition to all the amenities, the villa now offers private pickleball court exclusively for our guests as well as well organized playground area for children. Villa Kandara in Anguilla offers 24/7 concierge service, daily housekeeping and complimentary breakfast. The guests can enjoy the services of a private Chef (with the inclusive rate options) should they decide to explore the local cuisine or simply get an extra touch of excellence.
