Framed by rock walls of a previous generation, the Main House of this villa retreat owes its unique authenticity to a beautifully preserved 200-year old structure which has become its cornerstone and only historical artisanal work within a luxury setting on Anguilla. This reflection of the past has been lovingly and harmoniously blended with touches of luxury to elevate the property into the modern elegance of a Caribbean Estate home on the four-acre estate.

The property was purposefully designed to be unpretentious. It delivers the feeling and essence of casual elegance which captures the warmth and serenity that comes from the easy-going lifestyle that is signature to the island. Every one of its nine suites captivates its guests as an eclectic expression of the spirit of the island. The Main House Suites provide the graceful appointments expected of a 5-star property. Also in the Main House are a commercial-sized kitchen, library, indoor dining and living room much like the comfortable luxury of an elegant home. The Villa Suites, all cliff-side and separated by green lawns on the estate’s lower level, likewise share in premium appointments but also integrate separately from sleeping quarters, areas for private dining, lounging and outdoor terraces with ocean views.

The Villa’s infinity pool spills out into two oversized custom-built outdoor jetted hot-tubs surrounded by miles of ocean frontage, where under swaying coconut fronds guests enjoy impressive sunsets and star-filled, moon-lit skies. Covered dining and lounging terraces, along with a fully equipped conference room and areas for outdoor exercise whether spin bikes or yoga create the feel of an oasis amongst the lush lawns, mature foliage and flowering plants of this graceful property.
