This exclusive 5-bedroom vacation villa offers 9,000 square feet of luxury and comfort and it has an architectural design which is accented with an Italian influence. The property offers amazing vistas, including some of the island's most beautiful reefs with panoramic views of Shoal Bay Beach to the west and Scrub Island to the east.

Villa Amarilla boasts spacious indoor and outdoor living and dining areas and offers ample room for a large group to gather or a variety of havens for an individual to find solitude. Shoal Bay Beach, a two-mile stretch of powder white sand and crystal-clear water is a short drive from the villa and a secluded beach is a short walk away. The villa’s spectacular setting, stunning design and décor, and elegant comfort create the perfect setting for your island escape. Iron and glass doors open to reveal a spacious entry with matching custom tables and green tile staircases leading to the four upstairs bedroom suites and outdoor living area. The large open living room leads to the outdoor seating areas and includes a flat screen television for entertainment. A separate air-conditioned media room has a 60" flat screen plasma HD television, surround sound and a library of movies.

Villa Amarilla features state-of-the art GE Profile appliances including a five burner gas cook top, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, spacious refrigerator and freezer and a separate wine refrigerator. The indoor bar, equipped with an ice maker and beverage center is strategically situated between the kitchen and dining room and opens to the living room. The custom dining table seats 12 guests and is accented by a coral chandelier. The spectacular heated infinity edge pool is large enough to swim laps but also offers the most stunning panoramic views on the property. Relax on the pool's viewing ledge with a refreshing beverage in hand or stretch out on one of the built-in lounges while the cool water surrounds you. There is a spacious heated spa with equally stunning views that can be enjoyed day or night. Villa Amarilla features an expansive patio area surrounding the pool with beautiful terra cotta tile and river rock. The covered outdoor living space offers comfortably furnished seating areas. Beautiful tile detailing in one of the covered seating areas reflects the richness of the Caribbean ocean and sky. For outdoor dining in a stunning setting, the one of a kind tile table seats up to 10 guests. The tiled bar area conveniently services the pool area and outdoor dining table. The outdoor barbecue grilling kitchen is wonderful for preparing steaks and fresh seafood. A large upstairs terrace and two private upstairs balconies provide the perfect setting for sunbathing or enjoying the sunset view in the evening. The house has a private gym which is conveniently located in a separate building adjacent to the main house.

Villa Amarilla has been crafted as 5-bedroom vacation rental and accommodates up to 10 guests. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and each comes with air-conditioned bathrooms with his and hers sinks. Bedrooms boasts SFERRA linens, walk-through closets and spectacular ocean views. Two bedrooms offer the option to be configured with one king bed or two twin beds. As an addition to the amenities, all bedrooms have in-room flat screen TV, HDTV and iPod® docking station.
