Set on a spectacular headland, Eric Clapton's Standfast Point sits on 45 acres of rugged hillside on the Southern part of the island with stunning views of Montserrat and Guadeloupe.

The 14,000-square-foot complex consists of four buildings, the main house, the owner’s quarters and the guest quarters, and at the entrance gates is the caretakers house.

Interconnecting terraces links the three buildings.

There are covered terraces surrounding the property with outdoor dining areas and two swimming pools.

The Main House centres the property with two levels, the entry level welcomes you with a dramatic staircase and the billiard room with glimpses of the panorama of the ocean. The living room on the left opens to the terraces and pool deck.

The staircase leads to the lower level dining room, kitchen and pantry and al fresco dining.

The owners quarters, consists of the living room, master suite, children’s bedroom suite, children’s playroom and guest suite. Complete with its own pool, outdoor dining terrace and kitchen.

A few yards to the third building which consists of guest quarters, living and dining terraces, kitchen and two bedrooms en suite all around a central ‘courtyard’.

Standfast Point is a very private home in a unique setting overlooking a spectacular azure ocean and neighboring islands. The property is designed for the perfect family retreat.

Furnishings are simple and elegant for casual Caribbean living; the property sleeps 14 and rents with a full staff.
