The Antigua Luxury Villa is an airy luxurious Caribbean colonial style villa which can accommodate groups of up to 10 persons. Located on the south coast of Antigua, close to the entrance of Falmouth Harbour and only 5 minutes off the main road, it is perfect for a get-away holiday, honeymoon or a small conference. This vacation rental is also ideal for intimate wedding receptions or functions for 20-80 persons with spacious living and entertaining areas. Consider booking our house for special events such as graduation celebrations or family reunions. The villa is available for rent for all of the annual calendar events in Antigua such as Carnival, Antigua Classic Yacht and Sailing Week Regattas. Comprising a total of five generous double bedrooms, all screened and with ceiling fans, our luxury villa can be rented as a whole, or as a 4 bedroom villa.

The key to your Caribbean holiday is to get away from the mundane chores that go with real life and experience all that the villa and the nearby areas have to offer.

Your visit to The Antigua Luxury Villa is made special by your host and hostess. Prior to arrival all facets of your trip are covered. From pre-provisioning, setting up bedrooms appropriately, booking additional staff (such as cooks and babysitters) to coordinating arrivals and transfers from the airport, and being directed to the villa where you will be met by your property manager and given a personalized tour of the villa. Easing any burdens of an unknown destination we coordinate the delivery to the villa of your rental vehicle(s) and assist with recommending activities and booking restaurants during your stay. Other than our glorious 365 beaches, there are many fabulous experiences to be had including sport, fantastic dining and amazing entertainment venues. For special events we can assist in making the occasion even more memorable with personalized attention to detail that we are now famous for.

By the time you are on the plane you can relax knowing that everything has been done, leaving you to enjoy the first plunge in the pool with the appropriate beverage in hand. By the time you leave, you will take away the experience of The Carib House and a memory of a great holiday!
