Marina 1 in Punta Cana's famed golf resort isn't just a villa it's a way of life for those of us who enjoy golfing and walks on the beach in one true vacation. The house has been inspired by the Bali indonesian feeling you get when you walk into a relaxed setting, sit back and can enjoy the true tranquility of an island destination. The best part of staying here is that you are experiencing a world class golf resort but also you are experiencing a world class staff. A staff that will be there to greet you, help you with every meal, cater to your needs while at the house and make sure you are pampered. In the suites of the Marina you'll find the master bedroom features a true king size bed overlooking the ocean with an open air bathroom and walk-in closet. As well another 4 suites with a two-queen size bed each, all with that amazing feeling of relaxation and all bedrooms equipped with flat TV, books library, walk-in closet . We have linen changes during the week, tidying of the rooms and changing of towels for your convenience. Each room has it's own set of towels and sheets for change outs, just in case you need during your stay with us.

Inside the house you'll find a very minimalist and luxury fully equipped kitchen. Here you can watch your chef explore your tastes and work with you to create a menu that makes sense to those more "foodie" families and those who may have allergies and specific dietary needs during their stay. The dining area can hold 10 guests easily or eat outside and overlook the sunset while enjoying a glass of chardonnay. There are extensive inside quarters which include 2 living rooms & dining room outdoor and indoor, private courtyard with infinity swimming pool and gazebo area. No matter your need for space you'll always find a nook and cranny to pack in with a book and read.

Punta Cana, the easternmost tip of the Dominican Republic, abutting the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, is a region known for its 32km stretch of beaches and clear waters. The Bávaro area and Punta Cana combine to form what's known as La Costa del Coco, or the Coconut Coast, land of lavish, all-inclusive resorts. It's popular for zip-lining, windsurfing, kayaking and sailing.

Punta Cana features a tropical wet and dry climate under the Köppen climate classification. The weather is fairly consistent all year, with an average temperature of 30 °C (86 °F). The hot and humid season lasts from May to October, and during the day temperatures might reach 35 °C (95 °F). From November to March, temperatures during the evening are around 20 °C (68 °F). Very little rain falls around the area, primarily because of the mostly flat landscape, a combination of savanna and mountains.
