You’ll see at once how Indigo got its name. An easy 10-minute drive from Montego Bay’s international airport, you'll find this oasis of beautiful gardens with spectacular ocean and mountain views. Both secluded and handy to golf, sailing, beach, horseback riding and other adventures, Indigo villa offers luxury accommodation and fine cuisine.

The Greatroom is a combination living/dining-room with a 40-foot ceiling. Huge glass doors can either open the room to cool ocean breezes or protect it from occasional inclement weather while preserving the view. A separate TV room and library is air conditioned for comfort. If you need to conduct business on your vacation, a computer work station area with scanner/printer connects the Greatroom and the TV room.

The covered pavilion with its cushioned rattan furniture is the social heart of Indigo, and most guests find themselves drawn there throughout the day. Those who prefer to lounge in the sun can choose between the upper pool deck or the lower hot tub. Picture yourself here, on your perfect vacation in Jamaica, on the pool deck sipping on a cocktail, perfect!

Dine in the covered pavilion around the circular glass table (seats 10 - 18) or for more formal indoor dining table (seats 12). Light from the exquisite chandelier plays off the fine crystal, china and silver table settings. We can even arrange a 3-piece Jamaican band to provide dinner music!

Plan your menu in detail with the Chef from his extensive repertoire of international dishes and Jamaican specialties – which he can make as mild or as spicy as your tastebuds dictate - or just tell him to "bring it on" and enjoy!

Pineapple lamps traced to original owner Bing Crosby and 18th-century soldiers carrying Indigo's dinner gong are just a few of the many antiques and collectibles to be found throughout Indigo. The works of well-known and emerging Jamaican artists dot the walls, with a Jamaican folk art collection prominently displayed as well. A collection of salt and pepper shakers will delight you at every meal.

Indigo offers on-call massage and beauty treatments in a lovely indoor/outdoor setting, equipped with Swedish and drench showers. A few steps take you to hot tub and pools.

Keep in shape on your vacation with the air-conditioned comfort of the exercise room and enjoy the superb mountain view – or the cable television. The room is equipped with treadmill, stairmaster, recumbent bicycle, mats and weights.

Contemplate the Jamaican sky and sea from a raft in the heated upper infinity pool (cool drink in hand optional). Splash with small children in the large shallow wading area or stand under the waterfall cascade in the lower pool.

Complimentary nanny/Kids Club offered 3 hours daily, morning or afternoon, for kids 12 years and under. Little View is a treehouse fully stocked with craft materials, games, puzzles, and playhouse items. Under the treehouse is a sand box, and craft tables and play tents may dot the surrounding garden. Depending on the children's ages and interests, local craftspeople will be brought in for jewellery making, T-shirt painting and other fun Jamaican crafts.

Our games room features a pool table that converts to table hockey, a 60-game arcade table, drinks cooler and a flat screen TV.

Enjoy our ping pong and foosball tables or throw a few hoops. Soccer nets that work for floor hockey as well will keep active kids and teens occupied

Indigo's gardens, ponds and waterfalls were created to showcase the best of Jamaican plants and flowers. A vegetable garden supplies the villa with fresh herbs and vegetables.

FOOD

Plan on approximately US $55-65 per day per person for adults and $20-30 for kids. Wine and liquor extra and will be pre-stocked at your request. The cook will stock the first day's food based on your instructions and will shop for you every few days. If no driver is booked, there will be a $40 pre-stocking fee and a $40 shopping fee twice per week to cover the gas of the chef who will use his own car to shop.

When you stay at Indigo you will receive a membership at Half Moon Hotel, only a 2-minute drive or a short walk from the villa. Half Moon is situated on 400 acres that are ribboned by a two-mile long white sand beach. Guests have access to the Sunrise Beach, pools, tennis courts, fitness center and Half Moon’s 18-hole signature golf course.

GRATUITIES

10% of gross rental during high season. 15% of gross rental during low season to be given to the staff at the end of your vacation. For 4 bedroom rentals transport charges are $800 US per week for a dedicated driver, $80 US for a roundtrip to the airport + 10% gratuity.

DRIVER & VAN

Complimentary driver and van (12 or 14 seater) for all new 5-8 Bedroom bookings. Guests will be asked to pay for all gas after the first tank and a gratuity of 15% will be expected for satisfactory service.
