Malatai has a wonderful air-conditioned family room with flat-screen television with cable and Netflix and SONOS wireless speakers. There are also board games for adults and children. Downstairs are three bedrooms with private patios with sea views, and ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs the villa has 5 bedrooms overlooking the sea; with balconies and ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned, and have ceiling fans, flat-screen TVs with cable, Netflix and SONOS speakers, telephones with intercoms, and safes. Bedside tables have electrical outlets and USB ports: bathrooms are also equipped with USB ports.

The grounds boast a stand-alone gym with a spectacular view of the ocean, fully equipped with A/C and ceiling fan, PRECOR treadmill, 3 top of the line Spinner NXT cycles, free weights, DVD’s and more.
