Sundown rests concealed amid blossoming tress and lush gardens at the front of the house and has a spectacular ocean view through the wall-to-wall open doors that stretch out to the comfortably furnished, oversized verandah at the back of the house. Sundown was made for family holidays and social gatherings where you can feel at ease as your children run free in this spacious and spectacularly comfortable sanctuary by the sea.

From head-to-toe this charming five-bedroom hideaway purrs elegant Caribbean-styled living. Perhaps the best feature of this villa is the large and inviting veranda with wooden ceiling fans that is nestled behind the villa. A restful communal spot with comfortable sofas and loungers, it is the perfect spot to unwind with your family surrounded by tropical flowers enjoying the memorizing views of the white sand beach and serene bay.

On either side of the great room and adjoined verandah are the two master bedrooms each with its own private patio overlooking the beach and bay. The other bedrooms are nestled on the garden side of the house offering an equally peaceful place to rest and curl up with your favorite book.

Meals at Sundown are events to be remembered. Whether you are enjoying breakfast set on the private gazebo at the end of Sundown's 100-ft. dock, or you are enjoying Sundown's legendary Jamaican Jerk Beach Barbecues, meals will become the highlight of your vacation.

From the mouth-watering creations coming out of Damean's kitchen to the impeccable delivery of those meals by your butler Rocky – you will feel like Kings as you eat and relax while being waited on hand and foot.

While Damean is in the kitchen preparing fresh lobster for your evening's meal, Rocky is quietly setting the scene under the beach gazebo for your evening under the stars. He will gather fresh flowers from around the property, get the tiki-torches set and decorate the gazebo with palm fronds and seashells for a unique and unforgettable meal with your friends and family. And rest assured the next day they will be at it again with a whole new twist to the day's experience. No two meals are the same and no two settings for those meals are ever the same either. And of course everything is done with a warm smile and "plenty love" for taking care of our guests.
