Villa Overlook is an exceptional home with a perfect location offering commanding views and proximity to the many facilities of the Tryall Club. It is ideally suited to both families and groups of friends who seek optimum levels of hospitality.

Overlook sits on the upper elevation of Copperwood Ridge and is within easy walking distance of the Great House, gym and tennis courts, massage center and a short ride by the villa’s complimentary golf carts to the legendary Tryall Golf course and the beach.

It affords 180 degree views of the Caribbean Sea and golf course from all of its rooms, its pool deck and the one hundred foot long veranda. Built in classical Caribbean style, Overlook has a contemporary feel with an open and airy floor plan.

There are three master suites and two deluxe guest suites. Each master suite has a king size bed and its own distinctive appeal. The Overlook Suite contains a sumptuous bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, glass enclosed shower as well as a private and comfortable veranda; the Palm Suite contains a romantic nine foot shower for two and the Pool Cottage is reached by crossing a small bridge over the pool. The two deluxe suites each have two twin beds which can be converted to king size beds. The rooms can be internally connected making them perfect for families with children, nannies and babysitters. They each have an en suite bathroom containing a tub and glass enclosed shower.

The comfortable veranda and wraparound pool deck are great gathering places cooled by offshore breezes. The great room is equipped with a sound system and a 50” flat screen television. You may choose to dine indoors or at the poolside under the stars. The swimming pool, with Jacuzzi platforms at each side is fed by a fountain in the shallow end where an umbrella and chairs are situated within the pool. It is surrounded by magnificent palm trees and planters filled with beautiful bougainvilleas.

The experienced staff includes a Chef, Butler, Housekeeper, Laundress and Gardener.
