Palazzo Toscana in Puerto Rico is one of the largest luxury vacation rentals inside the Rio Mar Beach Resort. The villa boasts 10 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms with over 9,000 ft² of elegance. The estate is divided into 3 stories which are accessed by stairs or by elevator. Stunning panoramic views of the ocean, formal dining room connected to a terrace with outdoor dining area. Elegant kitchen with Brazilian Rose wood and granite countertops with high-end stainless steel appliances. The extravagant living room has Cathedral-style ceilings and architectural details on each wall.

The top floor has 4 bedrooms. The Master suite has a king bed and huge bathroom with shower and jetted tub, a balcony with 2 lounge chairs and a hammock with views of the ocean that will take your breath away. the jr suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom, witha small balcony. Spectacular views as well. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fouth bedroom has a king and and full bed. Bedroom 3 & 4 share a bathroom with shower and jetted tub. The middle floor is where you will find the Main kitchen with amazing views, dinning room with a table that sits 12 and an outdoor table in the terrace with swing and viewing areas. Perfect for breakfast. Ocean views everywhere! There is an elegant living room with 55"TV & Apple TV. There are 2 small bedrooms one with a Trundle (2 twin beds) and a twin Futon (no bathroom) and the other with a Full size bed and a full bathroom. A garage with a ping pong table, 2 long surf boards, bikes, and a basketball hoop.

The lower level has 4 bedrooms and one open bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a King beds, 2 have Queen beds and one has 2 Queen beds. There is an open room with a trundle bed (2 twin beds) and a living room with a modular sofa, a 65" TV and a queen size futon. There is also a second kitchen on this floor with a pool table and cocktail tables around the billiard table. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, 20 lounge chairs, 2 hammocks, BBQ grill, ping pong & pool table. An Outside bar by the pool with 3 TVs and stereo. The art throughout the house and the outdoor areas have lush gardens. Gazebo perfect for celebrations or family gaderings. This property comes with optional private chef, Grocery stock service, Excurions & activity coordinator and daily maid service. This house sleeps 20 guests.
