For a small island there is a lot to do. There are a host of activities for those seeking them, from scuba diving and sailing, to tennis club and exploring the island on horseback. Try the extreme sports of kite-surfing or deep sea diving and fishing, or take a more gentle approach, with a snorkel in the many hidden coves around the island followed by a nurturing spa treatment. Children are indulged with a host of fun activities, with water sports galore, drive in cinemas for golf buggies, tennis, pony camp, beach picnics and treasure hunts, kite flying competitions and children’s menus everywhere.

There are many beaches to choose from on Mustique; Macaroni and Simplicity beaches situated on the north easterly side of the island offer more swell providing excellent surfing and body boarding, whilst Lagoon, Gelliceaux and Endeavour Bay beaches on the south westerly aspect of the island offer calmer waters more suited to snorkelling and paddle boarding, perfect for family swimming and picnicking.

Picnics are central to life on Mustique. There are a number of picnic sites, some with barbeque grills, located around the island which are perfect for private parties. Your villa chef or hotel staff will prepare and set up your picnic for you.
