It comes with a large kitchen with an inside bar and lounge area, a magnificent infinity swimming pool with kids pool, a large circular outside bar, acres upon acres of magnificent gardens, a variety of various outdoor & indoor dining areas, and its very own private powerboat.

The Sugar House (2 Bedroom Private Villa)

The Sugar House is a luxurious property steeped within the walls of an 18th Century Sugar mill that is part of the Old Fort Estate and included in the rental rate. It features several grand ensuite bedrooms, a spacious open plan dining & living area, a modern kitchen, a magnificent infinity swimming pool with kids pool (next door, upon request), luxurious private gardens and BBQ facilities.v Additional Services:

We encourage you to travel on our very own 31 foot luxury powerboat which can be booked to various beautiful destinations.
