Built on two levels, the great room, kitchen and one air conditioned bedroom, outdoor bath and wrap around deck are located on the upper level. The second air conditioned bedroom and bath are located on the first level. Outside are multiple furnished decks and a private swimming pool. Although the bedrooms have air conditioning, the incredible breezes always make the villa cool and comfortable.

Located on the highest point of the Steele Point Peninsula the Treehouse overlooks both the Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea and boasts a stunning view of crystal blue waters and many nearby islands. The Treehouse has one of the most stunning panoramas that Tortola has to offer. You can even watch the sunrise on one side and sunset on the other and never have to leave home. Housekeeping service twice weekly is included. Additional maid and cook service can be made available at an additional fee.

The location is spectacular - private but always interesting as there are many magnificent yachts which ply the waters directly in front of the Treehouse. One can sit on the deck and never be bored. The water beneath is so clear you can see turtles and porpoises. Beautiful doves and hummingbirds are always nearby and the pelicans are very entertaining with their antics. The very best part is the scenery. It is so beautiful it is magical.
