On the ground floor there is a beautifully appointed living and dining area (seating 10 comfortably), with smart TV and SkyQ. There is a well equipped kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine & dryer.

Externally, a 40 metre south facing deck overhangs the lake, which has a dining table and chairs for 10, a casual seating area (including 2 sun loungers), bbq and electrically operated shade awnings.

With the kitchen, entertaining areas and outside deck all at the same level, socialising and serving food is superbly easy. There is direct access onto Bowmoor Lake from a small private landing pontoon and a small garden surrounds the property which has level access from the road with car parking spaces.

We are only 90 minutes from London. Just outside Lechlade in Gloucestershire, the estate is within easy reach of the Capital and other major cities in the UK thanks to excellent road and rail links.
