Streatham Luxury was first completed in the Summer of 2012 after a full refurbishment which has brought the house into the 21st Century whist still retaining many of its original features. This seven bedroom Detached House sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. It hosted several successful visits by American and Canadian families for the Olympics in Summer 2012 as well as Christmas and New Year 2012. It is also a popular choice for both family visits and hen weekends. The property is regularly used for film location shoots for various clients such as The White Company , Laura Ashley, Living Etc Magazine and M&S.

The house is in Streatham Conservation area which is 30 mins by train to London Bridge. The house is also twenty minute cab ride to the Kings Road and Knightsbridge. Streatham High Road has its own multi-screen cinema and bars and restaurants closer to Streatham Hill Mainline Station which has direct links to Victoria Station in 15 minutes.

This Beautiful Victorian Villa has three grand rooms for entertaining with working gas fires. The dining area can comfortably seat up to 16-18 guests. All the plates cutlery wine and champagne glasses linens are included. The rooms are all interconnected with glass french doors. The country-style kitchen has also features French doors leading to a wide private garden with seating for up to sixteen guests. A downstairs cloakroom with large shower is suitable for guests who require a ground floor bathroom.

On the upper floors, the house has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms (two of which are en suite) plus a separate loo and can sleep up to sixteen people. Two of the bathrooms feature large modern showers while the bathrooms all feature roll-top baths in both traditional and contemporary styles. The master bedroom has a huge white en-suite bathroom and shower with a roll top bath in the window.

All the other bedrooms are large doubles comprising a selection of double, kingsize and full-size single beds - the rooms being a combination of both carpet and painted floorboards.
