Etoile du Nord – West Wing is a stunning luxury chalet situated in the heart of Val d'Isère, France. Nestled within the picturesque and centrally located Petite Alaska enclave this private rental is launched in 2023, and it offers an extraordinary combination of elegance, modernity, and alpine charm. With two adjoining chalets – East Wing and West Wing – the property seamlessly blends traditional mountain aesthetics with contemporary luxury, creating a truly unforgettable experience for up to 12+2 guests.

Set against a breathtaking alpine backdrop, the West Wing of Etoile du Nord is a haven of refined comfort, just a short stroll from the vibrant center of Val d'Isère. The chalet is designed to maximize its surroundings, with expansive windows and terraces offering uninterrupted views of snow-covered peaks. The use of natural wood, stone, and sleek modern finishes ensures that the property feels both warm and luxurious. The chalet’s first floor is home to a grand open-plan living and dining area. The sitting room, with its plush sofas and a contemporary fireplace, exudes a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Adjacent to this is the dining area, which comfortably seats up to 12 guests, and a sleek, modern kitchen with a stylish island for casual gatherings. Large floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic mountain views, while a connected terrace offers an ideal space for soaking in the crisp alpine air.

Bedrooms are thoughtfully distributed across different levels for privacy and convenience and come with ensuite bathrooms. The master suite, located on the top floor, boasts a spacious layout, luxurious bedding, and an ensuite bathroom featuring high-end fixtures and finishes. The master bedroom is a haven with double-height windows, a study, a seating area, and a private balcony with its own outdoor hot tub. The master en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and rain shower has been finished from top to bottom in quality ecru marble. The other bedrooms are spread across ground level and the lower ground level. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a two set of bunk beds and it is ideal for children, covering up to 4 guests and with a separate bathroom down the corridor. Please note that the bunk bedroom doesn’t have windows.

Etoile du Nord – West Wing chalet has its own Spa area which includes an indoor pool with serene lighting, a sauna, a hammam, and a massage room – the perfect setup to rejuvenate your body and mind after a day of skiing or exploring. For entertainment, the chalet features a dedicated cinema room with a bar area, offering a private venue for movie nights or après-ski gatherings. On the basement level, you will find the chalets gym and this chalet benefits from a large garage shared with the neighbouring chalet, with two dedicated parking spaces and a private ski and boot room. An elevator connects all floors.

The chalet’s location in Petite Alaska ensures easy access to the heart of Val d'Isère, where you’ll find a range of upscale boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and lively après-ski spots. The property’s layout, spanning multiple levels, offers both communal spaces for group gatherings and private retreats for solitude.

Etoile du Nord – West Wing comes with a standard level of services (seen on the sidebar to your right). However, there are 3 levels of services starting with the basic and then moving onto fully catered. During the booking process we will go over each level of service and you can select which better suits your travel needs. Each vacation rental service package is tailored to your exact requirements and wishes.
