A Luxury Loft Rental in Paris in the heart of the 2nd Arr. within walking distance to wonderful shops and design district of Paris, amazing ambiance and design. Originally a 19th Century Industrial Printing House built by Gustave Eiffel, the Loft has been transformed into an exclusive, contemporary loft space, offering a warm atmosphere and modern facilities for professional or residential use - or a mix of both activities. Designed to be modular according to differing requirements, the property offers diverse spaces that can be adapted according to needs, including two lounge areas, a kitchen with a mobile island that can be moved if required, floating passageways and up to 4 Queen bedrooms that can be made up on request. The bedrooms are setup as 3 main bedrooms and one space that can be converted into a bedroom, with ease.

The Loft is fully equipped with state of the art WIFI and high speed fiber optic internet link-ups, home automation and 3 multi-media audiovisual systems - the main lounge is equipped with a giant home cinema screen (3.2 meters/18 feet wide). The mezzanine level and Relaxation room both offer Smart TV's with access to streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime etc) and HDMI connections enabling you to link up with your own computer and personal viewing content. We also provide a printer and scanner.

The Loft offers a terrace overlooking the private courtyard and has access to a charming and well preserved 19th Century paved passageway providing a smoking area (if required) and second access for deliveries. The Loft has a relaxation room on the lower level, including a sauna, a hydro-jet massage shower and multi-gym.

The Loft is centrally located in the heart of Paris on the edge of the Marais and near to the Louvre. The Loft offers easy taxi access, parking and nearby public transportation only a few steps away (3 metro stations all within 2 minutes walk). The Loft is situated in the Quartier Montorgueil - a lively pedestrianized quarter that is still authentically Parisian, and surprisingly still little known by tourists. Traditionally occupied by artists and fashion ateliers, Montorgueil is becoming one of the hottest areas of Paris, attracting investors and designers. Recent installations include Pinaud's Modern Art Museum housed in the newly renovated 'Bourse de Paris' (the old Stock Market) beside the recently landscaped park. It has also become home to the newly renovated Les Halles district - a billion euro investment by the City - and one of Paris's hottest new architectural landscapes and districts.

The alter ego of the heart of Montorgueil is represented by its friendly and accessible 'village' characteristics. Abounding with diverse fresh and organic produce, there are many charming stores located along the cobbled streets, including some of Paris's most exquisite bakeries and chocolate shops. The diversity also includes fresh juice bars, designer boutiques, cocktail bars, gyms and spas. Montorgueil also offers a wide range of good seasonal dining, many convivial bars & cafés and includes several Michelin restaurants.
