Le Jardins du Pantheon is an amazing Parisian Mansion located within the 5th ar. with incredible views of the city of Paris and it's amazing destination appeal. This 300 m2 (3 200 sq. ft) Parisian mansion from the 18th century has been completely renovated in 2016 to offer a contemporary and cosy atmosphere. Up to 9/10 guests can be accommodated in the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including a 60m2 (645 sq. ft) master suite occupying the entire first floor. At certain dates, a beautiful fully equipped 23m2 (245 sq. ft) studio can be available in the courtyard. This mansion is ideal for families with children who want to enjoy a quiet environment while being located in one of the most beautiful areas of Paris.

The house has a paved courtyard and a 350m2 (3700 sq. ft) non-over-looked garden where the only noise you can hear come from the birds and the bells of a church nearby. You will be able to have lunch there or relax in the sun next to the swimming pool, heated all year round at 30 degrees. Located in the heart of a lively and historic district, a few minutes’ walk from the charming Place de la Contrescarpe, the rue Mouffetard, the Pantheon and the Luxembourg Gardens, the property can be rented during school holidays, Fashion Weeks, Roland Garros.

The house also hosts professional events (seminars, meetings, cocktails, shootings or shootings) all year long with the following capacities: Indoor meetings: 10 to 15 people, Indoor seated breakfast, lunch and dinner: up to 20 people, Indoor cocktail party: up to 40 people, Outdoor cocktail party: up to 80 people.
