The villa is 25 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac Airport and 20 minutes from Toulouse Matabiau Train Station.

The entire property is accessible to travelers: the four lounges, the dining room, the terrace and the inner courtyard with their summer kitchen ... Friendly moments with friends and family insured. The private estate has 10 bedrooms (including beds up to 180cm wide and all equipped with comfortable beddings) and 7 bathrooms. The villa has a room on the ground floor and a bathroom equipped for the accessibility of disabled people. The villa is flooded with sun, facing south facing the Pyrenees.

In the large yard is located a summer house consisting of a large room with kitchen and a bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The whole gives on a big terrace where it is possible to take the meals, near the swimming pool. Garden lounges in rattan, wood and other modern materials, offer you to rest in the sun or in the shade of the big trees of the centennial park. In the park, fruit trees offer you their fruits during the summer and the chickens lay fresh eggs for your breakfasts! Do not forget to pick them up each day with your children!
