Millstone Villa is a secluded and elegantly furnished vacation villa, based on one of the most beautiful Greek islands, Kefalonia. The villa is part of the historic Migliaressis Estate which comprises the refurbished villa, a restored Olive Mill, and an enchanting 600 years old olive grove surrounded by several acres of cultivated land. Conveniently located Millstone Villa is just a short walk away from the Trapezaki beach and the crystal-clear waters of Ionian Sea.

This fully catered summer villa offers 5 fabulously appointed bedrooms and accommodation for up to 10. Bedrooms are all ensuite and spread across mainly 2 floors – 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor which provides really easy access for the guests. The first floor is where the master bedroom with king size bed and one additional guest bedroom is located. The fifth bedroom suite is located on the lower ground floor and it has private bathroom and sitting area as well as a separate entrance for extra privacy.

The villa is tastefully furnished striking a perfect balance between traditional elegance and modern comfort. The mature, well – kept, Mediterranean garden and the extended, Tuscan style, swimming pool are important elements of this enchanting residence. Pathways meander through the garden, inviting you to explore various seating areas, each offering a different view of the stunning surroundings. An outdoor dining area under a pergola provides a shaded spot for alfresco meals, set against a backdrop of blooming flowers. The cozy lounge area, with comfortable wicker seating, is an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings, offering panoramic views over undulating olive groves, vineyards and the Ionian sea. The villa offers spacious living areas with a nice TV corner while the lounge area is extended by an indoor dining area and fully equipped open plan kitchen.

What makes though this property unique is its in-house chef, Yolanda. She has been working in the villa for the past 14 years and her presence ensures a smooth and care free holiday. She will be at your service and prepare a nice breakfast as well as one additional meal for the day. Housekeeping, gardening and pool maintenance are all included in the nightly rate. Being in Greece provides the guests an opportunity to indulge in daily cruises to the neighbouring islands & islets of the Ionian Sea with the property’s skippered motor cruiser. Yoga classes and massages are also available at the stunning 19c. Olive Mill courtyard.
