This majestic property sits just a few steps away from the clear waters of the Aegean sea in the area of Aleomandra, well known for its unrivalled extensive views over the islands of Delos and Rhenia in addition to the unique sunsets of Mykonos. The southwestern location also places Delos Limelight within easy reach of Mykonos Town and the trendy southern beaches, the two nearest being Agios Ioannis and Ornos.

The fabulous views can be vastly enjoyed from the outdoor areas, designed with this purpose without compromising a great level of comfort thanks to the placing of various lounging and sitting solutions, both on the front terrace and in the pool area. The front terrace easily accessed from the living room and kitchen, features open spaces and outdoor sound system – in addition a discrete dining area was conceived in a lateral position, just outside the villa’s kitchen spaces.

Through a stone built path descending through the lush garden, one reaches the pool area completely fitted for any time of the day. A grand pergola covers the lounging area just in front of the infinity pool that features a deeper pool overflowing into a shallow one – a very unique design. A stone built dining table is also present in addition to an outdoor shower and a guest changing room/restroom. From the pool area one can access the romantic small sandy beach below the property for a quick swim in the Aegean.

Interior design plays a great role in the indoor spaces of Delos Limelight where modern appliances meet the concepts of spaciousness and privacy. The grand living room grants access to three of the main house’s bedrooms, all boasting sea views, en-suite bathrooms and entertainment options. The property’s kitchen, fitted with state-of-the-art appliances is separated by a small indoor patio, and spills directly onto the outdoor dining area’s wooden tables surrounded by Kartell chairs.

The lower level evolves around a large living space, ideal playing and entertainment area for children due to the bunk bed bedroom being present on this floor as well as a home cinema with projector. Two further bedrooms complete the villa’s accommodation spaces, the guest independent guest bedroom on a slightly lower level and the bold guest suite with incredible sea views located in a lateral position of the garden. All rooms are appointed with taste and all comforts, providing the ultimate experience for Delos Limelight’s guests.
