The villa is surrounded by a natural landscape, overlooking the most beautiful sandy beach of Mykonos, Kalo Livadi (distance 600m). The villa allows the guests to get the most out of the marvelous scenery from the generous pool terrace, infinity edge pool and shaded pergola for outdoor dining and moments of pure relaxation. The outdoor dining and lounge spaces complement the terrace along with its fun summer bar and sea views, all protected from the wind (south orientation) offering sitting and dining areas for more than 30 people.

Kalo Livadi Beach except of being the best sandy beach of the island is Host to the famous Beach Bar-Restaurants Solymar. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 guests. The 8,000 sq.m flat landscape has been left untouched, to integrate the property to its surroundings.
