An infinity edge private pool functions as the “heart” of the villa’s grounds, separating the main house from the guest house with its lounge area and annexed outdoor dining pergola – BBQ area.

The concept of Pelicanos comes across as soon as the guests walk through the main entrance, inviting the guests to dwell and enjoy their time in the luxury of all modern amenities and comforts. A generous living room greets guests upon entering the property, featuring modern furnishing throughout and spilling directly onto a private, furnished terrace. The ultra modern kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, boasts elegant marble surfaces and is easily accessible both from indoors and outdoors.

The bedrooms are equally divided between the main house and guesthouse. Each bedroom has been fitted to high standards with a design mixing wood and marble in a wise manner, providing a refreshing ambience while not denying any modern comfort. They each have their own furnished terrace apt to enjoy moments of intimacy while enjoying the suspenseful sea views. A new guesthouse was recently added in a lateral position of the property; it includes two guest bedrooms sharing a bathroom, small living room and kitchenette all meeting the standards displayed in the other units.
