The Villa Elea Complex consists of two independent, adjacent houses, an adjacent ground level apartment and a separate garden guest studio. This Mykonos Grand Villa is situated in the South of Mykonos Island, in a quiet, prestigious hill top area above the bay of Super Paradise, world renowned for the wild all day party scene on its “gold” sandy beach with typical wild Mykonian landscape for a background. Furthermore, its location offers our guests easy access to all the other beautiful, southern beaches by car or taking a scenic ride on a traditional “kaiki” boat. Villa Elea has southern orientation leaving it well protected from the northern “meltemi” winds and offers an overview of the Aegean Sea and Naxos Island in the distance. Situated within a gated complex of two Mykonos Grand Villas, the “Elea” is adjacent with “Alkistis”, an almost “identical twin property”. These Villas in Mykonos are owned by the same family and therefore offer guest hosting flexibility and independence.

At the entry level of the largest house, there is a spacious living room exiting to a veranda with a spectacular view of the Aegean Sea. A stairwell leads to the lower level which consists of a spacious dinning room with an open plan kitchen, two double bed bedrooms (one en-suite) and a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms exit onto the garden terrace with shaded dinning and lounging areas.

At the entry level of the smaller house, there is a spacious living room which also exits to the veranda which it shares with the larger house, although partially partitioned. On the lower level there is a double bed bedroom which exits on to the garden terrace, a kitchen with dining area and a separate bathroom. In the living room at the top level a double sofa-bed can accommodate extra guests.

Upon exiting onto the stone paved terrace, our guests our welcomed to a traditional, sheltered Island garden with a covered (locked), functioning, water well and a shaded, flexible, dinning and lounging area. From this garden terrace, our guests have access to a spacious garden level apartment, adjacent to the smaller house yet with private entrance, consisting of a double bed bedroom en-suite and living room with dinning area and open plan kitchen. At its entrance on the terrace, a cozy, shaded area provides for additional outdoor dinning and lounging. Also accessible from the garden terrace is the separate garden guest studio en-suite, with a twin-double bed and kitchenette.

Beyond the garden studio, five steps lead to an elevated stone paved terrace with a pool (50m2) and a panoramic view of the surrounding, wild, Mykonian landscape and splendid Aegean Sea.

This Villa in Mykonos, built in a traditional Cycladic architectural style, is an ideal vacation “home away from home” for a large family or a group of friends who wish to spend their holidays together, while maintaining adequate privacy and independence for all.
