This Mykonos Grand Villa Complex is located a two minute walking distance from the comfortably remote and family-oriented beach of Lia, at the southwest of Mykonos Island. Nearby are the popular beaches of Lia, Kalafatis, Kalo Livadi, the secluded ones of Loulos, Agia Anna and the remote Tigani. The village of Ano Mera, convenient for shopping and high quality Mediterranean dinning is a five minute drive away.

The Complex consists of two separate Villas, Leto and Alkistis, that can host five (5) guests each and an independent Guest House, Rio that hosts two (2) guests. The Villas are built on a large, terraced and gated estate with a large secluded pool (70m²) with sun beds, bar and a BBQ area. The view of the Aegean Sea and Islands (Paros-Naxos-Donousa) in the background is stunning and inspiring.

The two main Villas are identical. Entering from the top floor where their main entrance is locater, one enters into the living/dining and open plan kitchen area, that exit onto large verandas. An internal stairwell leads to a lower level where the sleeping quarters are found. Each villa has one master en-suite bedroom with double bed and bathtub (a rarity on Mykonos), a bedroom with a single bed sharing a bathroom with a double bed bedroom in one of the villas (upper Villa), while the other (lower Villa) has two twin single beds. All the bedrooms exit directly to the outdoors.

The independent guest House, which is situated at the lowest part of the terraced estate, has a master bedroom en-suite with a double bed and bathtub, a cozy living room with fireplace and fully equipped open plan kitchen. Outside its main entrance, there is a covered sitting area, while it also has its own independent covered BBQ area.

These Villas in Mykonos with a personal and elegant style reflect the Mykonian architecture blending into the islands landscape while their amenities provide comforts allowing guests to feel at home away from home.
