But set within a walled garden with 10 foot-high stone walls, security gates and 40 acres of woodland and lawns, this elegant country mansion brings back old-world opulence and personal service in a unique and totally private environment.

Our exclusive-use estate allows you the opportunity to share your experiences or special occasion with friends, family or peers in magical ambient surrounds, without compromise. Although we can offer all of the luxuries you would expect in any five-star setting, we do not have the downsides of a hotel or guesthouse - sharing with people you do not know. You take the entire property, and we work with you to understand what you wish to achieve -- be it total relaxation, golf, holiday, family reunion, corporate meetings, sporting activities, client hosting, celebrations, small weddings, birthdays, corporate team building events, product launches, cocktail parties and many more.

We can do all the event planning to implementation or work with your own event organiser. Flexibility is the key – but we will give you the best of local knowledge and international experience to advise you in the right direction to meet your objectives.

With the owners' 25 years experience in the event management business, Ballinacurra House is fast becoming known as Ireland’s Premier Intimate Events House - with a guarantee of privacy, discretion and style. As part of your stay at Ballinacurra House, the owners can organise a number of activities at the private estate - either for individuals or various size groups. This list of activities is not exhaustive but is meant to give some suggestions as to the type of activities both at Ballinacurra House and in the near vicinity of the estate.

Ballinacurra House has become Ireland's Premier Private Events property. It only ever comes fully serviced and fully staffed with butler, housekeepers, waitresses and your own private chef. Total of 22 ensuite bedrooms which can accommodate up to 52 adults (plus 4 children in bunk beds) sharing at maximum configuration.

The property consists of:

Main House - 14 ensuite bedrooms and ample communal areas such as Ballroom, Garden Room, Bar, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, News Room, Massage and Therapy Rooms etc Stone Cottage - 4 ensuite bedrooms, Living Room and private fenced garden.

Coach House - 4 ensuite bedrooms.

All bedrooms come with power showers and baths, shaving points, hair dryers, satellite TV, telephone and modem (ISDN) points whilst there is Wi-Fi throughout the Main House.
The renaissance style Ballroom seats 40+ people for stylish sit-down dining or up to 96 people in our Garden Room.
The beautiful south-facing aspect includes an outdoor entertainment patio and croquet lawn can also be used for alfresco dining only limited by your imagination - barbecues, buffets, garden parties or picnics.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Ballinacurra House comes fully serviced with butler, waitresses and housekeepers for the duration of your private event – plus your own private chef who can meet any of your dietary wishes or requirements. Please contact us for a copy of our current brochure for whatever type of event you are planning, which will explain all the elements that are included in the price.

All prices include full and exclusive use of the entire property (ie. You are not sharing with another group), a full cooked-to-order breakfast, housekeeping, all taxes and VAT. Gratuities are discretionary. There are no other room or facility hire charges (unless you have special requirements – but we are happy to discuss them with you.
