Wardhill Castle in Scotland is one of the oldest privately owned estates in North-East Scotland and boasts beautiful parkland around the castle which provides for scenic walks, and managed forestry offering wonderful woodland retreats. The castle itself is available to hire out on a self catered or catered basis, and can sleep 16 people in newly decorated bedrooms with modern bathrooms and a new kitchen. The Estate is only a short distance from Aberdeen airport, with many local attractions such as a world class golf course, the whisky trail and a fantastic array of beautiful castles to explore.

There is a large head of award winning sheep that graze the open parkland on the estate throughout the year, and provides fresh lamb to the local community. The grass fields are sprayed annually with limestone and fertilizer to enhance the growing conditions and produce a fantastic dark green finish. In addition there are 400 acres of managed woodland to explore. Nestled in the most beautiful woodland parkland this historic family seat offers total seclusion and privacy on your special day with sweeping views of Bennachie Hill and the beautiful surroundings. Castle Bedrooms are all beautiful, refined and welcoming for every guest. We have our lovely Spanish Bedroom which features a Continental King Sized Bed with en-suite bathroom, Then our Georgian Suite, with Continental King Sized bed a shared bathroom with refreshing tub. The Turret Suite has Antique Twin Beds with a shared bathroom with freestanding tub, Our Laird's Suite has a King Sized Four Poster Bed an en-suite with shower and freestanding tub, Our Gold Suite features a King Bed with lovely en-suite shower room, the Garden Room has a King Sized Bed with en-suite shower room, Our Green Suite has a lovely King Sized Bed with freestanding roll top bath and basin, plus shared bathroom. The Yellow Suite has antique twin beds with shared bathroom.

The beautiful historic castle and estate is available for exclusive private hire. Sleeps 16 people in 8 traditionally decorated bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There are golf courses, sandy beaches, whisky distilleries, and highland walks all within easy reach of the castle. We can tailor your visit specially for you to include butlers and full catering packages.
