Punta Skala Luxury Villas consists of 5 villa rentals, 195 m2 each, as well as 600 m2 private garden, complete with a heated swimming pool. The five villas are the same in terms of layout and design. These are multi-level villas and each of them boasts three spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, plus a guest room with an attached bathroom on the main floor. Every villa provides accommodation for up to 7 guests. The bedrooms are equipped with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a sea-view terrace, providing a stunning panorama of the Zadar archipelago. Bathrooms are equally luxurious and come with a walk-in shower. The bathroom for the master bedroom includes a freestanding bathtub and dual washbasins.

The ground level houses the living area with a comfortable plush sofa and TV corner, dining area and a kitchen with breakfast bar. The villa's kitchen features an induction stove with four hobs and a hood, refrigerator, freezer & wine/drinks fridge, a dishwasher, a combination of oven and microwave, a coffee machine, tea cattle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. There is also a laundry room furnished with a washing machine and dryer, a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron, and a Dyson vacuum cleaner. The living room has a direct access to the garden, where shaded terrace includes comfortable living area and a space for outdoor dining.
