Villa Johanna comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in its 6 double bedrooms. There are 3 double suites, each featuring super king-size beds, spacious living rooms and private terraces or balconies, alongside 3 double bedrooms with the option for single beds and charming French balconies. Four of the bedrooms boast double vanities for added convenience. The villa is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a 26 sqm formal dining room that can also be used as an official conference room, a spacious living room with a panoramic glass wall overlooking the infinity pool to the sea, and a 38 sqm library/media room filled with a diverse collection of books and equipped with a fireplace for cozy evenings.

The culinary facilities include a huge eat-in chef’s kitchen, featuring a kitchen island, bar, and state-of-the-art appliances including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and plate warmer drawer. Adjacent to this is a 12 sq.m. professional sous chef kitchen with stainless steel prep areas and Bosch appliances, complemented by a summer kitchen outfitted with a professional grill and pizza oven. The guests will have the option to choose and have their meals either in the official dining area or the alfresco dining areas, including a nice setting around the pool. Outdoor amenities are no less impressive, with an infinity edge swimming pool, a jacuzzi for 4-5 persons with lights, and an outdoor movie theatre on the veranda, offering a sheltered 4 meters screen, 4K projector, and sound system. The villa also boasts an eco-organic vegetable garden, growing a variety of vegetables and herbs right next to the kitchen.

Villa Johanna is not only a sanctuary of luxury but also a hub of wellness and historical richness. The villa is situated about 1.5 kilometers from the coast and offers commanding sea views and superb beach access. There are good beaches in Splitska (just below, 4 minutes’ drive downhill, walkable on nice footpaths leading down) and on the road to Supetar (11 minutes away) which has multiple beaches including beach clubs/bars.
