Villa Lucia spans a generous layout designed to accommodate up to 10 guests in utmost comfort. It features 5 double bedrooms, each uniquely designed with its own distinct character. Three of these are double suites with super king beds, each boasting its own living room and private terrace. The opulent 58 sq.m master suite is a sanctuary of luxury with two walk-in closets, a living area, and a sprawling bathroom equipped with an oversized shower and “Egg” bathtub. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom and is appointed with electronic privacy black-out shutters to ensure a restful night's sleep for all.

The villa's living area, sprawling over 104 sqm, offers dramatic views of the ocean and gardens. It features a massive TV corner with plush sofas and access to a media room/library terrace with modern digital comforts like iTunes, Netflix, and Apple TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dual ovens, microwaves, a warming drawer, and a bar area, perfect for any culinary enthusiast. The dining room doubles as a conference space, suitable for business retreats or family gatherings. Outdoors, Villa Lucia shines with a heated infinity pool and a 6-person jacuzzi, surrounded by a shaded veranda with plush sofas and chairs. The sunbeds and coffee areas offer a perfect setting for relaxation or enjoying a good book. For families, the removable safety pool fence, children’s water slide, and inflatable pool toys ensure fun and safety go hand in hand. For dining al fresco, there's a summer kitchen under a pergola equipped with a professional grill and a pizza oven (shared with the neighboring villa). Health and wellness are catered to with a private gym, sauna and an outdoor yoga pavilion. The eco-vegetable garden, shared with an adjacent villa, supplies fresh produce directly to your table, complementing the fruit trees scattered across the property.

Four dedicated live-in staff members are committed to enhancing your stay, ensuring personalized service. Flexible arrangements in the working hours are possible for special occasions, maintaining a seamless experience throughout your stay. Villa Lucia, alongside its neighbor Villa Johanna, can bed rented together to host weddings or events, accommodating up to 50 guests if both villas are booked together, or 30 for a single villa booking.

The villa enjoys superb beach access - there are good beaches in Splitska (just below, 4 minutes’ drive downhill, walkable on nice footpaths leading down) and on the road to Supetar (11 minutes away) which has multiple beaches including beach clubs/bars. The villas’ location on the northern coast of Brac adds extra benefit – as the immediate area boasts a wealth of things to do and is the most accessible part of the island to Split, which is a 25-minute water taxi away.
