This exclusive luxury villa was built in 2017 and is situated in one of the most beautiful places in Istria. Timeless and elegant architecture, high ceilings and huge glass fronts create an extraordinary width. The villa, with its own infinity pool, is arranged over two floors on 460 square meters and offers space up to ten persons. Villa Aura has a total of 5 bedrooms (3 rooms with king size beds, 1 room with two single beds, 1 room with queen size bed) with ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen, fire place, outdoor pool, library/TV room, gym, sauna, guest bathroom, washing machine/tumbler, air-condition, central heating system, safe, alarm system, gas barbecue, garden, terrace, Wi-Fi, and parking space.

In the middle of a beautiful landscape, in hillside location, Villa Aura guarantees ultimate privacy and a fantastic view over the sea and the coast. The luxury mansion integrates perfectly into the landscape and has been built over several terraced floors. On the ground floor there’s an entrance with wardrobe, a spacious living area with a fire place, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a library and TV room, a guest bathroom, a gym with a sauna and a shower as well as a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The stairs around the atrium lead up to the upper floor with four bedrooms. Every rooms has an ensuite bathroom and access to one of the balconies. The living area leads out onto the large terrace, which invites to linger with its cozy lounge and an eating area. Via two outdoor stairs you can reach the pool area with an infinity pool, a separate bathroom, an outdoor kitchen, deckchairs and parasols.

The historic city Opatija is located at a distance of 9 kilometers and provides a wide array of different activities and an exciting nightlife. Other popular destinations nearby are the villages of Mošćenička Draga, Lovran as well as the nature park of Učka. Opatija is a beautiful coastal village once called “The Nice of the Vienesse”. The 19th century emperor of Austria, Kaiser Franz Joseph, swam in the amazing bays of Opatija and you can too. Not far from Opatija, up in the Hills above Kvarner Bay, you can find a little piece of heaven here, at Villa Aura.

The beautiful seaside village of Medveja is only 400 meters from the villa. Multiple restaurants, bars and shopping facilities can be enjoyed along the charming pebble beach. The region offers several hiking trails and bike paths. This is not only the perfect place for people seeking peace and quiet, but also for lovers of nature and adventure.
