Brand new Villa Calliope is situated on a hilltop, strategically good positioned, only a few kilometers away from the airport Split, the highway, the sea and the historical city of Trogir and Split, which are one of the most popular UNESCO sights in Croatia. Luxury Villa Calliope is located on a 1080m² big property and has 350 m² of living space spread over 3 floors: basement, ground floor and first floor. Villa is fully equipped with modern technology and equipment, and its property is especially proud of a large heated infinity swimming pool overlooking sea and islands. It also has a recreational area with exercise equipment and sauna. Luxury Villa Calliope has 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and terraces, guest toilet, an open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. The villa is suitable accommodation for 10 people.

Designed in a modern, contemporary style throughout the villa offers an open plan living accommodation with patio doors that lead out to the inviting infinity swimming pool and large sun terrace area equipped with sun loungers, a shower, a BBQ and table and dining chairs. Here you can spend time relaxing and dining whilst admiring the wonderful views throughout your stay. For those who are keen to keep up their fitness and would like to start the day with yoga and exercise in fantastic environment, nature and sea view, here is outdoor gym.

Ground floor of Villa Calliope is the central part of the villa – here you will find spacious living room with a sea view equipped with a LCD 4K wide-screen TV and an IPTV receiver with premium TV content and a seating set for 10 people. Fully equipped is separated by a bar with a 2-seater dining chair with a large table for 10 people. On the ground floor there is an additional toilet to ensure the privacy of the private bathroom. On this main floor you also have one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and wellness oasis with fitness room and sauna witch is connected with outdoor jacuzzi.

Just a few steps down from the central part you will find game room and utility room where guests can use washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. From the stone staircase connecting the ground floor to the first floor of the villa, is where you will find 4 luxurious bedrooms. All bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with an en suite bathroom, air-conditioned, equipped with SAT-Smart TVs, and a private terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and islands in the distance.

UNESCO protected city of Trogir is a medieval city, surrounded by walls, which consists of preserved castle, tower and series of houses and palaces from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. Trogir is connected to all major European cities by its well-organized infrastructure of air, road, and maritime companies. Airport Split is only 5 km away, which makes Trogir an ideal holiday destination. The nearby city of Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the capital of Dalmatia is just 30 minutes of driving away and offers many musical and cultural manifestations, as well as its most prominent sight – the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian, around which the city was built. Residents of Radun, a village on slopes of Kozjak build their houses around the Brce castle. Perimeters of the village are visible even today. Streets of the village have a rectangular pattern which could be seen in the ground plans from 1704. There is the church of St. Josip inside the village built in the 17th century by Celije Čipiko.

The palace of Celio Cega family, built in the18th century is to the west from the church. Foundations of the Andreis castle could be seen on the seafloor lttle more to the west. One-nave space is decorated by shallow niches. Niches divide outer wall of the rectangle apse. Archeological surveys of surrounding graves proved continuity of burials from the 9th - 15th century. Old Croatian jewelry and artifacts found in those graves are kept in the Museum of the Town of Kaštela.
