Villa Freya is a three-floor villa which is completely covered in Brac stone and it has 400 m² of living space and spreads over 1000m² big property. The property has a private entrance and is situated just 15 meters from the crystal clear sea and beach. Villa Freya has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 1 toilette and it is comfortable accommodation for 14 persons.

Villa Freya is perfect for family reunions, special occasions, anniversaries, corporate retreats, yoga or other gym sections and weddings. It is set just a short walk from downtown and features spacious and enchanting outdoor living spaces with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The grounds at this stunning villa feature a private swimming pool of 30m² which is solar heated, a spacious terraces and a shaded pergola. The terrace area surrounding the pool and the upper lounge terraces are equipped with comfortable sunbathing loungers and lovely dining set and a covers barbeque. The large outdoor dining table under the pergola is perfect for all day sea breeze dining.

On the ground floor of Villa Freya there are 3 double bedrooms each with private bathrooms. On this level there is also spacious living area with access to the terrace, swimming pool and overlook the sea, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Ground floor is connected with outdoor steps to first floor where you will find one twin and another double bedroom. If you like to be escape from others and take few minutes for yourselves, there is another living area where you can do so. Another smaller kitchen and large terrace with a beautiful view of nearby islands Hvar and Peljesac are at your disposal as well.

First and second floor are connected with inner staircases which lead to a living room and the terrace with the spectacular view. On this level there is master bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower and bath. To mezzanine of Villa Freya leads separate entrance and here you will have spacious en-suite double bedroom, smaller living room and kitchen, which is ideal accommodation for staff.

Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac. Island Brac belongs to the sunniest Adriatic area with over 2,700 hours of sunshine a year ( in summer 9-12 hours, in winter over 4 hours a day). The average summer temperature is 23.8 C and in winter 8,6 C. Island Brac is characterized by all the typical Mediterranean characteristics: long, hot and dry summers and short mild winters. Area of 394 km², a length of 40km and width of 13 km Brac is the most widespread island of Dalmatia, and the third largest among 1185 islands, islets and reefs in the Croatian Adriatic sea.
