Villa Hvar Tale is located in Vitarnja, in the countryside elite part of Jelsa, just a minute's walk from the nearest beach, thirty minutes drive from the town of Hvar, a ten minute drive to the Old City.

The villa has 200m² and 300m² interior garden, has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8+2+1 persons. It is located in the second row to the sea, has a swimming pool 7 meters long, surrounded by beautiful nature. The perfect place for an even more perfect rest and relaxation provided by the walkway to Vrboska, ideal routes for walking, jogging, skating, etc.

Villa consists of two floors with a balcony and a high terrace in the roof that offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The ground floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with bathroom (shower) and balcony. In the basement there is a wine cellar with an excellent selection of quality wines. Large terrace and garden spread in front of the ground floor that surrounds the entire house.

The garden has a barbecue and outdoor shower, and entrance to the degree where the washing machine The villa has private parking for 3 cars.

Hvar, the island in Adriatic Sea, is the longest and the sunniest Croatian island and one of the most beautiful islands in the world. It is a part of the central Dalmatian archipelago with the area of 299,6m². The island Hvar is famous for its pleasant Mediterranean climate. Maximum temperatures are never too high to render agriculture impossible. Friendly people, well-indented coast, numerous picturesque and intact beaches and bays, virgin nature, very rich historical and cultural inheritance, the scents of lavender, olive trees and wine are the reasons that island Hvar welcomes more and more tourists each year.

Long, lean Hvar is vaguely shaped like the profile of a holidaymaker reclining on a sun lounger, which is altogether appropriate for the sunniest spot in the country and its most luxurious beach destination. Jelsa is tourist center on the north shore of the island. The smells of the dense pine forests, the nearby sand beaches, numerous vineyards and olive tree plantations as well as the cultural landmarks have made Jelsa an attractive vacation destination. Numerous vilae rusticae around Jelsa, the church of St. Mary, the church of our Lady of health, Civitas Vetus Ielsae (old Jelsa city), the square of St. John and The Plaza are just some of the places to visit as you take a walk through the history of this town. While numerous surrounding coves with their attractive sand and pebble beaches, abundance of sun and clear water are here for your daytime relaxation. In the colorful atmosphere of Jelsa’s restaurants and taverns you will surely enjoy the fruits of the Mediterranean region, carefully prepared traditional meals made of fresh fish with olive oil and above all quality Hvar wine. Rather fresh Jelsa’s evenings are ideal for walks on the beach, while those who are looking for entertainment and dancing will enjoy the music of numerous Jelsa cafes and bars.
