Villa S is located on Croatia’s top destination of Korčula island and is a favorite among travelers. Croatia is full of beauty and charm. This 6 bedroom villa is located directly by the sea in a quiet and small village on the south side of Korcula island, but also close to nearby towns of Brna (2km), Blato (13km), Vela Luka (23km) and Korcula (34km). On one side, enjoy incredible scenery through beautiful beaches, small surrounding islands and dense forests. On the other side it offers a rich cultural heritage with Korčula town and its medieval squares, churches, palaces and houses like Marco Polo’s birth place. Explore hidden beaches, pebbly and sandy shores, various water sports, and picturesque views from all directions.

Luxury Villa S is spread over a plot of 1000m² with a living area of 500m² and consists of four floors. Villa S has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 6 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and two additional toilettes. Surrounded with pine trees and with direct sea access it provides a high degree of privacy and makes you feel in harmony with the environment. The villa is a wonderful example of a genius innovative architecture, spacious and airy, with high ceilings and glass walls giving the feeling of freedom and providing breathtaking sea views from every corner of the house.

The villa has two spacious indoor living rooms with a gallery, a modern fully equipped Miele kitchen, in and outdoor dining areas for 12 guests. Each bedroom has its own balcony with a fabulous view of the crystal clear water and Lastovo island. The courtyard of the villa is surrounded by the natural beauty of Mediterranean greenery with a view of the Adriatic Sea and neighboring islands. In the yard, there is a private swimming pool which is surrounded by deck chairs and umbrellas for relaxation with a beautiful unusual panoramic view. In addition to the swimming pool, there is an outdoor shower for cooling at all times. A special feature of the yard is the outdoor dining area to enjoy the delicacies prepared on the outdoor fireplace. In a separate area there is fitness room with a shower. The villa is fully air conditioned and features underfloor heating for winter comfort.

The entire area is surrounded by hiking and cycling trials. You can enjoy the ride to the nearby islands with stand-up paddles. Jet ski or a boat with a skipper can be hired on a daily basis allowing you to experience all the islands and fascinating underwater scenery. As picturesque and historic as it is, don’t miss out on seeking out the small charming villages, quiet bays, and tiny islets. Daytrips can also be made to islands Hvar, Mljet, Lastovo and Vis. You can enjoy wine tasting in one of the vineyards Korčula is famous for, visit the lovely old Korčula town and have a gourmet dinner in one of its Michelin stared restaurants.
