Luxury Villa Trogir 3 has 7 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, 1 extra bathroom and 1 guest toilet, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, terrace, outdoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness room. Inside the villa, there are 14 beds and is, therefore, suitable for luxurious accommodation of up to 14 people.

On the basement floor of Villa Trogir 3, you will find a multi-facility area, equipped with a sauna, a bathroom with a shower, a gym and a jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy every day.

A special part of this villa is its stone terrace on the ground floor, which boasts an outdoor pool and a shower. Near the pool, you will find an outdoor dining table for 14 people and comfortable deck chairs, which attract and invite you to rest and relax.

Within the ground floor of this villa, you will find a comfortable living room and dining room with a dining table for 14 people. On this floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The first and second floors of the villa are designed as resting and sleeping areas. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. Each room has its own en suite bathroom. On the second floor of the villa, there are 3 more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms.
