Villa Vassena in Lake Como is an adorable lakeside villa with a garden and terrace directly by the lake in Vassena, Lake Como. The villa is perfect for a relaxing getaway and the location is ideal for exploring Lake Como. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (240 m²). The main floor features an open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling windows leading out to the terrace and garden. There’s a sitting area with couches, a dining area with wooden table, a kitchenette, and bathroom. On the first floor, you will find a living room with large windows and balconies overlooking the lake. A cozy corner with couches and TV, dining table, half bathroom and access to the outside terrace to enjoy a panoramic breakfast. The villa has a spacious fully equipped kitchen.

There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has one double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower, the third bedroom has twin beds with an ensuite bath, the fourth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The third mansard floor is composed of a living area with couches and a TV, with a kitchenette, and a 5th bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. Enjoy outdoor waterfront living in the garden (800 m²) with sunny lawn and deck chairs where you can catch up on your vitamin D, or take a welcome pause under the shade of the trees. A unique spot is the terrace with table and chairs, great for an aperitivo while watching the boats go by. A private boat dock is available and boats, SUPs or kayaks can be rented nearby.

Villa Vassena is situated in the lovely hamlet of Vassena, Oliveto Lario, along the Lake Como shoreline, about 500m from a few bars and restaurants, convenience store, boat and kayak rental. It’s a great base to explore this magical lake at 14 km from the lively lakeside town of Lecco with plenty of shops, and only 8 km from Bellagio. Well-known as the pearl of Lake Como, Bellagio is a small picturesque village with many cafes, restaurants and craft shops, and ferry departures towards all parts of the lake.
