This layout enhances privacy while maintaining a connected feel throughout the home. The main living area combines a spacious lounge with modern, comfortable furnishings and a 50” satellite TV for entertainment. The open-plan kitchen, located within the main living area, features high-end appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and modern cooking amenities. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining and living areas, making it perfect for socializing or preparing meals while enjoying company.

Step outside to discover a stunning stone deck surrounding a private pool, ideal for cooling off or lounging under the Italian sun. The swimming pool can be heated to a maximum of 26 degrees at the additional weekly cost of € 320.
