Portisco Beach Villa is a luxury vacation rental with amazing ocean views and beaches near Porto Cervo Sardinia. It is located between Costa Smeralda’s most famous resorts: Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, both of which are only 15 minutes away. The villa has a fantastic 270 degree view of the Mediterranean. Mooring and the use of a jetty in front of the villa is no problem and a well-equipped marina with shops and restaurants is just a few minutes drive away.

The villa has been designed by the renowned architect Ferdinando Fagnola, and absolute privacy for you and your family. With 6 beautiful bedrooms you will have the best of everything right at your fingertips. There is also a staff suite which may be used from time to time for overflow, the villa will hold 13 guests comfortably. The vibrantly decorated bedrooms and beautiful artwork give the rooms a tropical and magical feeling. Most suites are equipped with flat screen televisions and all have comfy high count bedding and linens.

Guests will enjoy not only the exquisite and uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean, but also the unique design that is almost imperceptible from the sea blended with the nature of the large garden and the flora. In 2013 the owner has fully restored the house decorating interiors with taste, elegance and the latest hi-tech equipment like Home Cinema, Astra and Hotbird SAT, WIFI, house PC+printer etc. The new 20 metre swimming pool with sea water, the private access to a very secluded beach makes this property our premium choice of the entire Costa Smeralda. The Villa has air conditioning in all rooms.

The property is built on a single level, with two separate sections joined by a patio and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
