The villa features a magnificent entrance area that hosts its grand, marble barbecue area, part of the garden, 3 guests’ double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a professional kitchen and a laundry area. Its large and white stairway leads on the Master area on the first floor that opens onto a striking pure marble living room with state-of-the-art home theatre facilities, a dining room and the night area.

The day and night area of the Master floor, with its large, floor to ceiling windows entirely opens onto the swimming pool and the garden featuring ancient and mighty olive trees. This is the true heart of the estate where to spend moments of relaxation together with friends and family members. All 4 bedrooms, including the Master are ample and bright, with walk-in closet and beautiful marble bathrooms, the Master bathroom features and impressive granite rock bathtub, a true Italian handicraft masterpiece.
