Gianos Villa is exclusive vacation villa, located on the eastern side of Sicily in the magical area of Mascali. Located between the slopes of Mount Etna and the sea, Gianos Villa is a short drive away from popular beaches of Riposto and Fondachello.

Gianos Villa has an expansive terrace, overlooking the amazing countryside and a private swimming pool, surrounded by multiple loungers and beach umbrellas. Ideal spot for relaxation and enjoying the good weather. Next to the pool is the located the outdoor dining table and a barbeque which guests can enjoy should they decide to dine al fresco. The property is private and offers an amazing opportunity to come into contact with nature again. The villa spreads on two levels with the main level housing the living room with a sitting area and a TV, indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. Guests are provided all the necessary appliances to prepare themselves amazing meals. Two of the bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one guest bathrooms along with the laundry room are also located on the ground floor.

Gianos Villa’s first floor boasts a living area with a plush, lounge sofa and a TV and as well as two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a fifth double bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has an installed underfloor heating. Villa’s prime location is among the highlights f this vacation property. Some of the most beautiful areas are easily accessed and guests can enjoy the wonderful natural landscapes of the Mount Etna Park.
