Villa Gabbiano is a beachfront vacation rental that combines the enjoyment of a private pool with one of the most suggestive coast of western Sicily. This 3 bedroom beachfront villa is a nicely renovated older home in the valley of Mazzo di Sciacca, divided into two distinct floors, independent of each other. On the ground floor, you’ll find a pleasant living area with comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a nicely sized bathroom with shower. A roomy double bedroom adjoins the living area. A large window offers a marvelous view. Access to the floor above is gained by an external stairway that leads to two spacious bedrooms beneath a beamed wood ceiling and another bathroom with shower. This two-level villa offers privacy and independence. It is suitable for those traveling with relatives, or two couples traveling together. An ideal place for vacation to Sicily.

Perched on a hillside overlooking the crystal waters of the bay of Mazzo di Sciacca, the villa’s inviting swimming pool has a hydromassage section. Swim in the villa’s private pool or take a short walk to the seashore where soothing salt await you. Return after a swim to relax in the villa’s sunbeds sipping a cold drink by the pool or enjoy reading a book with a wonderful view over of the sea. Take in panoramic sea view from the large veranda surrounded by palm trees while lounging on a sun chair or have a chat with your friends in the sofas. Enjoy Dining al Fresco under the covered veranda. A large portable barbecue is available to let you cook your meal outside. In the back of the villa, there is an outdoor shower and a utility room with a washing machine.

This beachfront villa is just 200 meters - about 650 feet - from the splendid, white pebble beach of Cala mazzo di Sciacca. Not far from the stunning beauty of The Natural Reserve of Zingaro, a paradise for nature lovers. Villa Gabbiano is also close to the 16th century village of Scopello, along with many popular fine dining restaurants and bar. Other attractions like the medieval Village of Erice or Trapani Salt pansare reachable with a short drive. Villa Gabbiano is both ideal for traveling companions who would like to explore the north west coast of Sicily, and those who might prefer spending the holiday relaxing by the sea and the Nature.
